BAROLO MASCARELLO 2020 75 CL

Barolo Bartolo Mascarello shows a brilliant garnet-red color. The bouquet is elegant and complex, with aromas of dried rose, ripe cherry, sweet spices, tobacco, and licorice. On the palate, it is full-bodied and harmonious, with fine, silky tannins, great structure, and a long, persistent finish.
Aged for over 30 months in large Slavonian oak casks, it embodies the essence of traditional Barolo and has remarkable aging potential.

Recommended pairings: braised beef, game dishes, roasted meats, aged cheeses.
