Lunaria Brut: traditional-method Pinot Noir

Lunaria by Bosco del Sasso is made from Pinot Noir vinified as a white wine, expressing the sparkling-wine tradition of Oltrepò Pavese. Thirty months of ageing on the lees contribute to a style that combines freshness, body and elegance.

Tasting notes

Pale straw yellow with fine, lively bubbles. Citrus aromas meet delicate dried-fruit notes. The palate is full-bodied and persistent, with refreshing acidity that keeps the wine balanced.

Food pairings and serving

Serve at 6–8 °C. Enjoy as an aperitif with cured meats and fresh or medium-aged cheeses, or alongside seafood starters, shellfish and more elaborate fish dishes.
