In case of problems, the customer can cancel the order by simply communicating it by e-mail to the address , provided that the same has not yet been processed.

The customer can exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods through an explicit declaration, containing the data necessary for the identification of the order sent to the contacts indicated. In case of exercising the right of withdrawal, the Customer undertakes to fully return the products received, in unaltered conditions and in the original packaging.

The right of withdrawal is instead excluded: for the purchase of goods made to measure or customized by Maja S.r.l.s. according to the specific requests of the Customer (see gift packages for example) or which, by their nature, cannot be returned or are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly; for products not delivered due to the absence of the Customer from the place of delivery and for those that at the time of their withdrawal are altered or damaged due to the delay caused by the Customer.

If the withdrawal is made in the manner and terms above, any amount already paid for the products is credited to the buyer using the same payment method he used on the website to complete the order. If the customer had paid in cash on delivery, the refund of the order itself can only be done through a coupon of equal value.

Reimbursement

The refund is made as soon as possible, and in any case within 14 days from the date on which Maja S.r.l.s., having received notice of the Customer’s withdrawal, receives the ordered goods intact and in their original packaging at the following address: Via Simone Martini 135 , Rome The costs for returning the Products to Maja S.r.l.s are non-refundable and remain, by law, the responsibility of the customer.
