Tequila Sierra Antiguo Plata is made up of 100% Agave blue plants, harvested after 7 years, in the state of Jalisco, where the finest variety grows. The pine cones of Agave are steamed slowly, and are fermented with proprietary yeasts. Everything is distilled twice in distinct copper stills in a discontinuous cycle. Then left to rest in a steel autoclave to harmonize the product.
