Mirabella Demetra is produced with 100% black Pinto grapes, in the Franciacorta area. During the manufacturing process, the pressing is soft. The first fermentation takes place with selected yeast at a temperature of 16-18 degrees in concrete tanks. Aging in the bottle, on the lees for 24 months.
