If someone enters these Terms on behalf of a company, organization or other legal entity, that person accepts these Terms of Service on behalf of that entity, declaring to MAJA Srls that they have the authority to legally represent such Entities and affiliates.

DEFINITIONS

1. By placing an order in the various ways provided, the Customer declares to have read all the information provided to him during the purchase procedure, and to fully accept the general and payment conditions transcribed below. MAJA Srls reserves the right to update or modify these conditions of sale at any time, in consideration of any regulatory changes and / or company strategies. Any changes and / or new conditions will be in force from the moment of their publication on the Site. For this reason, the Customer is invited to regularly access the Site and to consult, before making any purchase, the most updated version of the General Conditions of Sale. The applicable General Conditions of Sale are those in force on the date the purchase order is sent.

2. If the Customer is a final consumer (ie a natural person who purchases the goods for purposes not related to his professional activity), once the online purchase procedure has been completed, he will print or save an electronic copy and in any case keep these general conditions of Sale.

Conclusion of the contract

The customer inserts the products to be purchased into the cart according to the quantities available, fills in all the fields necessary to execute the order such as name and surname, email address, shipping address and finally, if he wants to create a personal account. The correct execution of the order is confirmed by www.en.primewine.online by an e-mail reply, sent to the e-mail address supplied by the Customer, containing the details of the customer and the order, the price of the goods purchased , transport costs, the shipping address to which the goods will be sent. The customer undertakes to verify the correctness of the data contained therein and to promptly communicate any corrections.

3a. Together with the delivery of the Products, MAJA Srls offers the possibility of including a greeting card, with a text chosen by the Customer. The text must comply with all applicable laws on the subject and must not: (i) infringe on the rights of third parties (including any copyright, database rights or rights relating to third party trademarks); (ii) contain material that is defamatory towards third parties; (iii) contain material that is abusive, offensive, obscene, intimidating, violent, harassing, inciting hatred, incitement; and (iv) harm the privacy of others, or cause annoyance, embarrassment or alarm. MAJA Srls has the right, but not the obligation to examine the text, has the right, at its complete discretion, to determine whether there has been a violation of this article. MAJA Srls will exercise this right if it deems it appropriate and reserves the right, at its discretion, not to include the greeting card in the packaging containing the Product. The design and graphics of the greeting card will be determined at the discretion of MAJA Srls.

4. All orders are subject to acceptance by MAJA Srls which reserves the right to cancel any order at its sole discretion:
a) in the event of clerical errors associated with the customer’s order or with the information sent by the customer via the website www.en.primewine.online.
b) in cases where the customer does not satisfy the general conditions of sale listed in this document
