The Amaro Rupes Black Edition is a limited edition of the classic version. It is produced with the same recipe as the classic one. The manufacturing process involves the cold method with an infusion period of 20 days, with the use of a hydroalcoholic solution in steel vats together with high quality herbs. Among the herbs used there is fennel, bay leaf and Calabrian licorice. Maceration extracts the properties of the herbs giving the right freshness, persistence and character to the Amaro. After the brewing process, sugar and water are added to reduce the excessive presence of alcohol. Ideal to be enjoyed alone or as a base for cocktails. Amaro Rupes enjoys the following awards: World’s Best Herbal 2021 (World Liqueur Awards) and Best Italian Herbal 2021 (World Liqueur Awards).
