Nizza Tre Roveri 2018 is a red wine of excellence, produced by Pico Maccario.
Born in Piedmont, from the 100% Barbera vine, exactly in the area of Mombaruzzo, in the province of Asti and the land is made up of Pleistocene hills.
Exactly, in Monferrato we find Barbera, Sauvignon Blanc, Viognier, Cortese and Moscato d’Asti vines. The vineyards are bordered by over five thousand roses and pencil poles of many colors. Remember that the rose is the icon of the company.
The grapes are harvested manually, when they are ripe and the pressing is delicate, with a maceration that lasts between ten and twelve days.
The refinement lasts one year, in French oak barrels and with malolactic fermentation.

Typology
It is a ruby red wine: a combination of energy and elegance.
In fact, it uses a complex olfactory profile, with notes of ripe fruit followed by spicy, floral and vanilla aromas. With a soft and very balanced taste, thanks to the presence of tannins.
It goes well with dishes based on red meat, game, braised; pasta dishes of tagliatelle with mushroom and meat sauces, cold cuts and aged cheeses.
Of course, we know how important glasses are for wine in all its tastings: from the visual to the olfactory and, finally, tasting. Therefore, it is advisable to serve in a specific glass, as each wine has its own personality.
It is recommended to store the bottles in dry, cool places, therefore away from sources of heat or light.
