Lagrein Doc is produced in Bolzano. Only 100% Lagrein grapes are used. The harvest began in the second week of September and ended in mid-October, the soil that hosts the vines is of a sandy porphyritic type of alluvial origin. The fermentation of the grapes takes place in stainless steel with maceration on the skins for 15 days at a controlled temperature of up to 28 ° C, while the malolactic fermentation with the following maturation takes place in French oak barrels for about 6 months.
