Pinot Noir was born in Cornaianoc (Appiano), on porphyry-based soils, it is an aristocratic wine, a king among wines. The harvest began on September 14th and the fermentation of the grapes took place at a controlled temperature of max. 28 ° C. The alcoholic fermentation takes place with maceration on the skins for a period of 15 days. The malolactic fermentation and the following maturation takes place in 60 hl oak barrels for about 6 months.
