Garnet red with orange highlights that become more pronounced with age. On the nose it opens with delicate, ethereal, and intense aromas of ripe red fruit, accompanied by hints of leather, spice, and subtle tertiary notes.
On the palate it is warm, full-bodied, and harmonious, with significant yet elegant tannins, good minerality, and long persistence. The aromatic complexity and depth of this Barolo make it an excellent match for rich, structured dishes.
This Barolo is made from 100% Nebbiolo grapes from vineyards within the Barolo DOCG area. Traditional vinification and aging in large Slavonian oak casks give the wine balance, depth, and excellent aging potential.
It pairs beautifully with roasts, game, and aged cheeses. When properly cellared, the 2021 Barolo can develop gracefully over many years.
