For the creation of this cuvee only Glera grapes were used. The vines grow on the land of Cà Di Rajo located in Valdobbiadene. The grapes are harvested manually on clayey soils in mid-September. The pressing is very soft and the production technique is the long Charmat technique, about 70/90 days, neither malolactic fermentation nor refinement is carried out. Maturation takes place 45 days before marketing. The perlage is very fine and persistent.
