Igor has been able to enhance the Chardonnay with fermentation and maturation in tonneau (in the right quantities that vary from vintage to vintage). In wood, the wine is enriched with aromatic complexities that blend well with the varietal olfactory characteristics, hints of banana and pineapple. In the bottle, the evolution gives over time sensations of softness, structure, contentment. It is a wine with an important character, with significant margins of organoleptic growth in the second third year.
