This sparkling wine is produced in the Piedmont area, between the hills of Rovereto Superiore in Gavi. The best cortese grapes are used. The classic method is carried out during the manufacturing process. After fermentation, the wine is refermented in the bottle on the lees for a period of 10 years. In this way the champagne acquires complexity and intensity.

Colore: Giallo d’orato intenso con perlage fine.

Profumo: Complesso di agrumi e miele, leggera speziatura, note di brioche, nocciole e panna.

Gusto: Cremoso al palato, croccante e minerale. Finale molto lungo e complesso.
