In the glass, it reveals a ruby-red color with violet reflections.
The bouquet is intense and expansive, offering notes of cherry, red fruits, and blackberry, enriched by hints of sweet spices, mint, and aromatic herbs.
On the palate, this is a full-bodied and rustic Dolcetto, where powerful, juicy fruit stands out, framed by compact and firm tannins that lead to a fresh and harmonious finish.

Fermentation and maceration take place in concrete vats, followed by 9 months of aging in large oak casks.
