Secolo Barrique Millesimata is the result of a long period of aging in precious and selected French barriques for over 18 months, followed by aging in steel. From the combination of wood and grappa, a nectar with an extraordinary amber color is born, highlighting an unparalleled softness and unique olfactory nuances. The distillation takes place in a copper plant with eight stills, using only fresh and carefully selected pomace. The full grade grappa is aged in barriques and then “transformed” at an alcoholic strength of 60 ° to enhance an intense bouquet. Clear grappa with an intense amber color, to the nose it appears very rich and aromatic. The taste is majestic, with the countless aromas of grappa that elegantly combine with the essences of wood.
