The black Ferrari Perlè is a sparkling wine produced in the Trentino area, born from the vineyards located within the farms of Villa Margon, Maso Orsi and Maso Valli. It is made from Pinot Noir grapes only. They are hand-selected and harvested in mid-September. The ripening process lasts for 6 years.

Description
Colore: Giallo dorato.
Profumo: Al naso è ricco e maturo, sono presenti sentori fruttati, minerali e tostati.
Gusto: Complesso ed equilibrato. Giusta nota di sapidità. È uno spumante elegante e cremoso. Il finale è lungo e persistente.
