Flaccianello Della Pieve is a red wine produced on the Fontodi farm in Tuscany. It is made with Sangiovese grapes. Carefully selected and fermented on indigenous yeasts. During the manufacturing process, the grapes are first macerated in stainless steel tanks, with temperature controls, for 3 weeks. The malolactic fermentation takes place in barrique. Subsequently the wine matures in Tronçais and Allier barriques for 24 months before being bottled.
