FRIULI IGT CAPO BRANKO 2019

A tribute to some historical white berried varieties of the area, Capobranko is a blend enriched by organoleptic harmonies of French varieties acclimatised for centuries in the Cormon hills, with notes of black cherry, marasca cherry and more generally of red berried fruit. The controlled fermentation in 400-litre tonneau does not alter the aromatic excellence of the grapes, while the refinement in the bottle enhances it over time. The low yields and the structure of the wine are functional to a rightly high natural alcohol content, in perfect balance with the acidity.
