Gin Barber’s is a distillate produced in the Thames Distillery in London. It is a traditional English product. The recipe for this gin is in fact ancient, prepared with a neutral base of cereals distilled three times in stills. Several botanicals are then added such as juniper, coriander, thyme and roots. This gin is ideal to be served straight or with the addition of ice, in this way its aromatic characteristics remain intact.
