Gin O De V White is a dry gin of vinous origin. It is obtained from a distillation of partially fermented wine. This gin is characterized by having Mediterranean tones. It is round, soft, complex and explosive in taste. Compared to its Black variant it is more fragrant, complex and elegant thanks to the presence of fig and a greater presence of vanilla beans. The distillation process takes place in a small boiler alembic and direct steam discontinuous alembic still.
