The Grand Tour Reserve is a champagne produced by the Tenuta Sette Ponti winery. It is obtained from the Chardonnay and Pinot Noir vines. Produced in the Marne Valley area, in France, it is ideal to accompany fish dishes, first courses or aperitifs. The classic method is used during its production. This involves refermentation in the bottle through the addition of sugars and yeasts. As for the espalier training system, it requires the stem to reach one meter above the ground. The bottle aging process lasts 5 years.

Colore: Paglierino con sfumature color verde. Il Perlage è fine ed elegante,
Profumo: Sono presenti aromi di fiori bianchi, mela golden e pera. Sul finale accenni di sentori di crosta di pane ed erbe aromatiche.
Gusto: Consistente, pieno. Buon bilanciamento di sapori acidi. Il tutto risulta fresco, rotondo e avvolgente.
