Rum Ambrè HSE VO is produced only with the best varieties of sugar canes, processed according to ancient traditions to extract a very pure juice and particularly rich in aromas. The proceeds from this extraction are refined for at least 3 years in oak barrels, before being put on the market. The Rum thus retains an excellent balance of fresh aromas, fruity hints and softer and more complex evolutionary notes acquired during the refinement period. The Habitation Saint-Etienne distillery is located in the heart of the beautiful Caribbean island of Martinique.
