The grapes that are used to assemble this Blanc by Blancs Millesime are 100% Chardonnay, 40% Avize, 35% Chouilly, 15% Cramant and 10% Oger. The maturation takes place on the lees over a period of 6 years. Fine and lively bubbles, which create an ephemeral ring.
