The Mosaique Brut is an elegant interpretation of the style of the Jacquart winery, making the selections and choices its own without compromise. The grapes that make up the wine are Chardonnay at 40%, Pinot Meunier at 25%, Pinot Noir at 35%, including from 25% to 35% reserve wines. The maturation takes place on the lees for about 3 years. The bubbles announce a fresh and quite rich champagne.
