The name Gewurztraminer derives from the German name of Termano. In South Tyrol it boasts a very long tradition that gives rise to excellent wines. Only ripe and perfectly healthy grapes are selected, once the destemming has taken place, the maceration takes place at a cold 10 ° C for about 12 hours, the pressing is carried out in a soft way, the decanting takes place in a natural way. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature of 18-20 ° C. The maturation instead takes place on the fine lees in steel tanks for about 3 months.
