The Müller Thurgau variety is a cross between Riesling and Madeleine Royal, created in 1882 by Professor Müller. The harvest began on September 4th until the end of October. The grapes were harvested only when it was believed to be healthy and ripe, softly pressed, they were naturally decanted. Fermentation took place at a controlled temperature of 16 ° C. The maturation took place on the fine lees for about 3 months, in steel tanks.
