The Livio Felluga Ribolla Gialla has the Friuli Dei Colli Orientali D.O.C denomination. During the production of the wine, the grapes are de-stemmed and left to macerate for a short period and softly pressed. The must obtained from this soft pressing is clarified by decanting. The unfermented wine is fermented in stainless steel containers at a controlled temperature. At the end of fermentation, always in stainless steel containers, the wine is kept on the lees for about 6 months. Once bottled, the wine is kept and stored in thermo-conditioned rooms for a period of about two months.
