Nizza Tre Roveri wine is a still red produced in Piedmont by the Pico Maccario winery. It is made from 100% Barbera grapes. In this area the land is characterized by Pleistocene hills. During the processing process, the grapes are first harvested when they reach optimal ripeness and, subsequently, the pressing and maceration takes place for 10-12 days. Aging takes place in French oak barrels for 12 months with malolactic fermentation.
