Pascal Mazet Brut Tradition

Pascal Mazet is produced in the heart of the Reims mountain, in the village of Chigny-les-Roses. The estate features several hectares of Premier Crus vineyards. Here the champagne is blended from three different grapes. Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot meunier and also 40% reserve aged in wood with the solera method. During the manufacturing process, no sugars are added. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel. As for the aging on the lees it lasts 7 years.
