It is a fresh, fine and elegant wine. It comes only from carefully selected grapes, coming from the Viognier vines. It expresses the characteristics of the grape in an exemplary way with a pleasant balance between minerality, acidity and aromas. The grapes are harvested when fully ripe, with the right acidity and sugar ratio. The pressing is soft with a short skin maceration, the sedimentation of the must is static, the racking and fermentation are carried out with selected yeasts at a controlled temperature. The refinement takes place in steel tanks for 4 months, on its own yeasts
