Poully Fumè De Ladoucette is a still white made with Sauvignon Blanc grapes. It is produced in the central region of the Loire Valley. The grapes from the best vineyards in the area are over 3o years old. The soils are characterized by clay. This gives the wine a good structure and aroma. The fermentation process takes place in steel containers for 2-3 years at a controlled temperature. The wine matures a few months before being bottled.
