Rum Don Papa sherry Casks is produced on Negro Island in the Philippines. It is a limited edition. It is made with the sugar canes that grow in the area of Mount Kanlaon. After the harvesting process the sugar cane is processed by mills and the obtained molasses is distilled. The distillate rests in small batches and ages first in ex-bourbon American oak barrels and then matures in three different types of sherry barrels Fino, Cream and Pedro Ximenez.
