Each bottle of the Millennial line is characterized by a different zodiac sign of the Mayan calendar which influences its distinctive trait. The animal that represents the Tequila Anejo is the monkey, an animal with a strong intuition and an extraordinary capacity for imitation and a very active mind. During the manufacturing process, the tequila is distilled twice in batch copper stills. Afterwards. it is left to age for 18 months in American white oak barrels. Tequila thus acquires the softness and structure that distinguish it. Despite the important alcohol content, it is a distillate that does not tire and does not weigh down.
