Sierra Millenario Tequila Fumado

Each bottle of the Millennial line, signed Bodegas Sierra, is distinguished by a different zodiac sign belonging to the Mayan calendar. The guiding animal of the Tequila Fumado is the Imix, the crocodile. He is considered by the Maya to be a talented figure who brings something new to the world after fighting inner conflicts. Tequila is made up of agave plants which, once cooked, are placed in steel containers, placed on a brazier, and burned with some Mexican plants. The peculiarity of these containers are the small holes that are located on the substrate. These holes allow the mixture to acquire smoky, typical and elegant nuances, giving the Tequila an unmistakable character.
