Solaia is one of the most prestigious wines of the Antinori winery. Symbol of Italian prestige. It is made from grapes of the Cabernet Sauvignon, Sangiovese and Cabernet Franc vines. It is a full-bodied and intense wine. The grapes are first carefully selected and harvested by hand, divided according to their variety. Subsequently, they are de-stemmed and the berries carefully selected. During the fermentation and maceration process, particular attention is required to maintain freshness and tannin management. After the separation of the skins, the malolactic fermentation takes place in barrique. The aging process lasts at least 18 months in French oak barrels.
