Controlled designation of origin. Il Sordo Roero Arneis is produced in the Roero areas in Piedmont. It belongs to the cellars of Giuseppe Sordo. Once the grapes are harvested in their full maturity, the vinification begins. Initially it is de-stemmed and pressed, then it is fermented on the lees at a temperature of 17-18 ° C in stainless steel tanks for about 3 months. Refinement takes place in the bottle for a further 3 months.
