The Whiskey Talisker 8y is a malt distillate, produced on the I sola of Skye, Scotland. The Talisker distillery was founded in 1830 near the town of Carbost by the brothers Hugh and Kenneth MacAskills. It is aged in peaty refil barrels that previously contained heavily peated whiskey. Subsequently bottled It is a whiskey with a strong and decisive flavor.

Description
Colore: Giallo dorato.
Profumo: Dolce e marittimo, con un pizzico di avena, alghe salate, sale cristallino e iodio, su una base di fumo.
Gusto: Al palato è morbido e aromatico all’inizio, caratterizzato da note salmastre e leggermente dolci, con una fantastica torbatura e un fumo donato dalle botti utilizzate per la maturazione.
