Timorous Beastie is a Scottish whiskey produced from a selection of Highland malt whiskeys. It is produced by the Douglas Laing distilleries in Scotland. It is a very balanced whiskey that is made up of different whiskeys aged in different periods. Produced by Glen Garioch, Dalmore and Glengoyne. During the manufacturing process, after the cut follows the bottling. Here the whiskey is not cold filtered. The refinement lasts for about 10 years in oak barrels.
