Torre degli Alberi Brut is a white wine produced in the Oltrepò Pavese area. The classic method with Pinot Noir grapes is used in the production process. The grapes are first harvested by hand and deposited in ventilated crates. Then the squeezing takes place which is slow and soft. Low temperature fermentation lasts 15 days. The refinement lasts at least 42 months on the lees.
