The Trebbiano d’Abbruzzo Bio is produced in the area near Teramo. The Emidio Pepe winery is known for its Trebbiano and Montepulciano vines. The climate of these areas is ideal for the cultivation of white wine. It is characterized by frequent thermal excursions which give the wine minerality and flavor. The soils are clayey and medium-textured. During the manufacturing process, the vinification takes place in vitrified concrete tanks.
