Trebbiano d’Abruzzo is a white wine produced by the Valentini winery, one of the most renowned estates in Abruzzo. The Valentini family crafts wines in the most natural way, without the use of chemicals or selected yeasts.
The Trebbiano grape, cultivated in Abruzzo for over a thousand years, expresses remarkable depth and character. During the winemaking process, spontaneous fermentation takes place in large oak barrels, without temperature control or filtration. The wine is then aged for about 12 months in oak barrels, gaining complexity, balance, and longevity.
