Vodka Zubrowka Bison Grass is flavored with the Hierochloe Odorata plant. It is mowed when the aromatic contents reach maximum intensity, once picked, it is then dried. Later used together with 100% Polish rye to form this distillate. Vodka is produced according to the methods of the 13th century, but at the same time carefully controlled and qualified. Each bottle includes a blade of grass native to the Biatowieza forest, the last primeval forest in Europe.
