Chardonnay has been grown in South Tyrol for about 150 years, it is one of the most important grape varieties. The harvest began on September 4th and ended at the end of October. The grapes selected only when they are perfectly healthy and ripe, are pressed and left to settle naturally. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature of 18-20 ° C. Maturation takes place in 3 months on the fine lees in steel tanks.
