Controlled Designation of Origin The Sauvignon “Ronco delle Mele” is a true symbol of the Venica winery. Sauvignon Blanc is one of the best known international grape varieties in the world, but considered a native of the Friulians. The grapes are hand-picked and de-stemmed. The must ferments and refines on the lees for 6 months in wooden barrels and another part in steel containers. The wine is bottled at the full moons between March and June.
