Belonging to the historic cellar of Livio Felluga, Sharis is produced in the Friuli Venezia Giulia area. Wine reconciles the confidences and expectations of the local consumer with those of the international consumer, representing a sort of union between Friuli and the rest of the world. Born from the union of different grape varieties of Chardonnay and Ribolla Gialla, which gives the wine balance and complexity. During the fermentation process it remains in steel containers at a controlled temperature. Then the refinement lasts for 6 months.

Description
Colore: Giallo canarino con leggeri riflessi dorati
Profumo: Intenso ed accativante,con eleganti note di mughetto, giglio dorato,gelsomino, mimosa. Freschi richiami di mela golden, amolo e lime. Finale di crema pasticcera e limone.
Sapore: Equilibrato,vivace,avvolgente. Gradevole presenza di frutta bianca matura, kiwi, ciliegia bianca,nespola, uva spina . Accenni balsamici in chiusura e buona persistenza con retrogusto agrumato.
