Protected Geographical Indication The Primadonna Chardonnay di Puglia is inspired by Maria Teresa Varvaglione, the First Lady of the Varvaglione family. To produce it, only 100% Chardonnay di Puglia grapes are used. It is a barricaded and enveloping Chardonnay. The vinification takes place through the soft pressing of the grapes. Fermentation takes place in barriques on the fine lees following periodic bâtonnage, at a temperature of 16 ° C – 18 ° C.
