The production of the Centenara 10Y grappa is produced in the Aquileia area, in Friuli-Venezia Giulia. It ages 50% in used French oak barrels, and the other 50% in Slavonian oak barrels, several decades old, with a capacity of 2700 liters. The grapes used for the creation of this grappa are white Traminer, Riesling, Sauvignon and Malvasia grapes. The distillation takes place partly in a discontinuous plant and partly in a continuous plant. It is a grappa with a great personality.
