The three grape varieties (Pinot Nero, Chardonnay, Pinot Bianco) are hand-picked at different times depending on the ripeness. Pinot Noir gives the Rosé those more complex aromas and elegance in color. The 3 vines are processed separately, with 18-24 hours of contact with the skins for the red variety which ferments at 25-28 ° C. Refinement takes place on the lees in the bottle for at least 36 months, in cold and dark cellars. It is opened 3 months before the sale.

Colore: Rosa cipria che con l’invecchiamento prende riflessi ramati.
Profumo: Ricco e ampio, sensazione tipiche di lievito a cui si sommano frutti di bosco e sfumature di vaniglia.
Gusto: Armonico, morbido, facile da bere per tutti.
