Roederer Brut is produced in Louis Roederer’s cellar in the French champagne region. The historic winery extends over several hectares, between the villages of Montagne de Reims, Côtes des Blancs, and Vallée de la Marne. The best grapes of pinot noir, pinot meunier and chardonnay come from here. This champagne is obtained from chardonnay and pinot noir grapes with the addition of reserve wines and from 6 different harvests. During its manufacturing process, the second fermentation in the bottle takes place on the lees for a period of 4 years.
